It's good to start with a couple or three languages and pretty much be "native" with it, even though I sometimes make mistakes every now and then... I'm much more impressed with those Youtubers who show themselves as true polyglots with much more fluency in 5+ languages... Starting younger and adding a language every few years would be perfect.
