Thanks

High_Order1 has.  It's in his profile. Big Grin

I also wonder if I have a transcript there now, and I wonder if it is worth any kind of transferrable credit, now that I think about it...

You do not have a transcript nor any transferable college credit.  What you have a simple CC certificate for free.  Scan your Certificate.  Do not lose it.
Non-Traditional Undergraduate College Credits (634 SH): *FTCC Noncourse Credits (156 SH) *DSST (78 SH) *CPL (64 SH) *JST Military/ACE (48 SH) *CBA (44 SH) *CLEP (42 SH) *FEMA IS (40 SH) *FEMA EM (38 SH) *ECE/UExcel (30 SH) *PLA Portfolio (28 SH) *EMI/ACE (19 SH) *TEEX/ACE (16 SH) *CWE (11 SH) *NFA/ACE (10 SH) *Kaplan/ACE (3 SH) *CPC (2 SH) *AICP/ACE (2 SH) *Sophia/ACE (2 SH) and *FRTI-UM/ACE (1 SH).

Me? No. That's all I did.

I just got my certificate in the mail.  I sent my initial email to Dr. Crouch in the beginning of October.   Considering we are all random strangers, and that this certificate is free, I'm not at all complaining about the amount of time it took.  I just want you to know what to expect.

I transferred in my ACE transcript and DSST transcript ($45).
 • ENG 101: Tech. Writing DSST
 • COM 173: Intro to Comm  Straighterline
 • HIS: West Civ. Straighterline
 • CJS 101: Introduction to Criminal Justice DSST
 • FTA 216 (Fire Administration): I think this was filled with Fire Service Supervision NNFA-0145
With FEMA, I misunderstood the link that some fema courses were optional for a concentration in "Emergency Management Emergency Volunteer" but they are actually the core courses and are required.

General Courses:
 • IS 700 a, National Incident Management System (NIMS)
 • IS 800 b, National Response Framework
 • IS 546 a, Intro. to Continuity of Operations (COOP)
 • Any IS 100, Introduction to Incident Command (I did 100.LEb)
Core Courses:
 • IS 120 An Intro. to Exercise
 • IS 230 Fundamentals of Emergency Management
 • IS 235 Emergency Planning
 • IS 241 Decision Making Problem Solving
 • IS 242 Effective Communication
 • IS 240 Leadership and Influence

Would this be considered an undergraduate certificate or just a certificate? (Updating my resume is on my to-do list.)

It is BOTH a Certificate and an Undergraduate Certificate.   I never use undergraduate.   The fact that it is a Community College, folks already know its an Undergraduate Certificate.  I did both certificates.  There is more than one Three Rivers Community College, so put the State.

IF it's a Graduate Certificate I would put that.

My CV:

2016 Certificate in Emergency Management
Three Rivers Community College, Norwich, Connecticut

Just a heads up. SL got criminal justice approved for renewal at ACE, so it is now available for credit again.
We are all on the same side here, trying to better our lives....so let's get along and help each other out.

Learn a trade. Gain technical skills. Make money, then use this money to get a degree...if you have the desire.

I sent everything in and received my assessment back from Dr. Crouch. I am missing the following:

Public Speaking
Any one of the Administration/Management Courses

Where can I get a public speaking and has anyone gotten credit for the administration courses? If so what did you do?

CJS 230, Security Management
CJS 240, Correctional Administration
CJS 250, Police Organization and Administration
FTA 216, Municipal Fire Administration,

Thanks!

Public Speaking could probably be from Davar Academy. (Davar is NCCRS, not ACE.)

Or the DSST exam.

Sophia would probably work but it's around $279 with coupon.

For the Admin/Management, I've been following this thread and it seems there is no cheap way to get 3 credits online yet. Penn Foster has some, but I believe they all have either 2 prerequisites, or 1 prereq that has a prereq. So then you're looking at 3 courses, and it's no longer cheap. So your best bet would be an in-state school, I guess.
