Can anyone recommend any college credit courses (from RA schools) that are preferably self paced & under $200 per credit. Thank you!

FYI, It's generally better to just look for regular 3-credit courses or exams. 1 credit courses are harder to find and generally end up being the same amount of work. Also, you didn't specify a course category requirement, so I assume you just need a free elective so any course will do.
I believe TECEPs transfer from TESU as RA course credit. If so, the medical terminology TECEP is 1 credit and costs $25. Someone else may have a better idea on regular courses.
You said RA courses so I assume ACE/NCCRS/CLEP/DSST won't work, but if they do, there are a ton of affordable options (most 3 credits though). Free ones too if your school will accept the Sophia 1 credit ACE recommended courses.

Luna Community College, but they require you to log in at specific times during the week.
I think NMJC has one or two. But there are some per-semester fees, possible testing fee of $10, etc so in the end, I don't think it's under $100 per credit. They are not self-paced.
Those are two of the cheapest online schools. Usually you cannot find cheaper than NMJC unless you are in a state with cheap local options.

North Central technical college. About $160/credit last I checked and they have several 1 credit courses on their virtual campus.

Be sure to check with the target school. Some schools can be sticky about accepting credit by exam from other schools.

Does it show as CBE on a transcript? I thought TECEPs were listed as regular courses?
IMO, no matter which direction you go, you should be sure to ask for pre-approval from your target school for any course you plan to take. If nothing else but to avoid wasted time or money in case they elect not to accept the transfer credit(s).

I had to check. It shows as a regular course, as did my PLA, but with a "CR" rather than a grade like a regular course.

So it sounds like a TECEP would work for the OP's needs then. $25 for 1 credit is a great deal.

I'm going to guess that the OP needs graded credits? Not sure, but if you want those, then you can't use TECEPs.
