Hello, I plan to write this in the coming weeks. It's the last TECEP for me before I graduate so I really would like to pass obviously.
I've been working my way through the Saylor course but I find it's pretty bad. There are a few broken links and some of the essays linked are even full of spelling and grammatical errors. The essays and videos often seem to go on endlessly without getting to the point.
I purchased one of the recommended texts and have been reading that too. I've pretty much been building my own course, googling videos and articles about some of the key ideas. I've found videos that cover a lot of the same people and ideas online that are much better than the ones in the Saylor course, I don't know why they chose the ones they did.
This exam seems to be a tough one to study for, there's very little on the forums about it. The practice exam from TESC has a sample essay question about a precedent setting court case. I can't find any reference to that case in the Saylor course. I'm wondering what other critical information I might be missing. I can't really B.S. my way through a question that's so specific.
If anyone has some tips on where to focus my study, I'd appreciate it.
