Since Excelsior will take the course to fulfill the info lit requirement, it saves time and money($100 vs $530).  It also makes it possible to only take the 3 hour capstone at Excelsior, everything else can be taken from outside sources.  Starting 11/1, that will all change.

Are you sure it's a November 1 change date? I applied in early October and the partner page has always stated that I can transfer up to 113 credits with 120 credits being required for the degree.

TESU seems to only require the capstone, but now it's unclear who they will accept ACE courses from.

I just had a Exclesior transcript evaluation done a few days ago, and they required a Cornerstone in it.
Well, I received another call from my admissions counselor today.  She was just making sure I realized that if I don't enroll by 11/1, I will be required to take the cornerstone.  Her name is Deborah.  If you call Excelsior and ask an admissions counselor, they will confirm this.

All I can tell you is I'm enrolling this week and I'm only going to be required to take the capstone at Excelsior.  That means I'll transfer in 117 credits when everything is said and done.  I've already taken the information literacy from which will fulfill my info lit only took me about 3 hours to complete!  If you're considering enrolling at Excelsior, now would be the time in my opinion.
