The milestone (what Sophia calls their assessments) was not proctored. I just had to sign the honor code.
The course seemed pretty straightforward to me. I have a TON of B&M communications courses under my belt and a fair bit of PM experience but, frankly, I don't feel that I accessed much of that. The reading materials are brief and straight-forward. They are quite informative, but not exactly academic so they make for a quick read. The questions are mostly based on a "case study" which asked you to identify concepts from the reading material in the story of the case study team. For me, there was a fair bit of intuition that informed my answers to the case study questions. Again, I think it's a great short course. I suggested it to my wife because she frequently comes to me with team dynamic issues she'd like help solving at work and there is certainly some valuable content she could use in this course.
It will be interesting to see how TESU treats it as a transfer.
