Fastest IT/Computer Science Degree from EC or TESC?

I was wondering if anyone had any input on which IT/Computer Science program at EC or TESC was more compatible to testing out. I do not need to test out 100%, I am planning to take 6 credits per semester for 3 or 4 semesters to use financial aid. I have nearly completed an Associates at a local Community College in an unrelated field. I may end up going for a major that is more test friendly (Faster) and just focus on getting my desired IT degree at the Masters level. BUT since I have to take about 24 credits anyway I didn't know if I could manage to test out of the rest.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
