Finished My External Courses for UMPI – What Should I Do Next?

Quick update!

I’ve just finished all 10 of my courses and applied for graduation. My academic advisor mentioned that the conferral process will begin at the end of the session and take around 8+ weeks to complete. I’m now waiting for my diploma with huge excitement!

Next, I plan to earn a few professional certificates to strengthen my career, then apply for master’s programs in Türkiye and Europe. I’ll also start applying for jobs to pursue a company change and move into larger organizations.

Congratulations! Are you considering maybe possibly doing the MSB program at UMPI while you're still there? This may be the perfect time to enroll as you completed prior to Fall 2 as you need an in between semester before being eligible to enroll. Just something to consider

Can I start the MSB program at UMPI before my degree conferral? I'm also leaning toward pursuing a more technical master’s program at another university to add diversity to my academic background and strengthen my CV. I know employers might not care much about it, but I want to do it for my own personal growth.
