Their automated emails are pretty unreliable in general. Every once in a while I get an email telling me I didn't complete an assignment by the deadline, even though I did. I have learned just to ignore them.

The weird thing is that I didn't just get the email from UoPeople. I got the Credly badge for completing the whole thing directly from Credly before doing the final capstone too. Maybe it was because my grades were high enough for it not to mathematically matter? I had 100% going into the final exam (10% of final grade) and got a little more than 90% the first time I took the exam. Even if I got a zero on both parts of the final capstone I would still beat 80% overall, which is what you need to pass the course. Not sure if your final grade is saved somewhere or would impact transferring it somewhere via ACE. If it is I haven't seen anything yet.
On Friday I got an email saying I would get some kind of participation trophy from UoPeople "in about 24 hours" which hasn't arrived yet. Even though that was a few days ago it was less than a full business day, so maybe tomorrow or Tuesday.
I tried to enroll in the Cybersecurity course after completing the Data Analytics track and get a 403 forbidden error when I login on the application page. Is there a certain amount of time you have to wait after completing one program before applying for another at UoPeople? Maybe it will be unforbidden when I get the participation trophy PDF from UoPeople.

It looks like the only way to do both of these is to sign up with a second email address. Two days after my access to the course was supposed to have expired per the email I got from UoPeople I still got a 403 error when logging in on the application page. That was when I said the hell with trying to keep all of this on one account and signed up with a different email address. Now I have 2 student IDs at UoPeople (which may or may not be an issue if I ever do a degree there in the future) but was able to complete both courses and have both badges in my Credly account. Adding a second email address to your Credly account is a few clicks and no big deal.
I was able to confirm that you get the Credly badge as soon as you have enough points to get an 80% overall on the course. Theoretically, it should be possible to finish these without doing the 2 parts of the final capstone but I did them anyway just in case UoPeople retains that information somewhere and could complain about it being incomplete if I want to transfer the credit later.
Having completed both I'm not sure why UoPeople gives more credits for the Cybersecurity course than for the Data Analytics course. Both are roughly the same length and difficulty.
