Free Pair of Prescription Glasses! Add-ons available...
#1
Yes, a free pair of prescription glasses, you just pay the shipping!  OR get a discount off any other pair!  If you need a "higher degree of prescription" glasses the price goes up slightly.  These are probably as cheap as it gets for the quality.  Offers available for those in Canada and the US. Yay!

They are comparable to other sites out there that offer cheap prescription glasses, but I've read their quality is a tad better, great customer service and delivery time.  Have a look, you just need to pay the shipping for the "free ones".  If you do upgrade to their add-ons, it becomes like any other site - too costly.

Canadian Site: http://www.kits.ca - Take $99 off any pair of glasses.
US Site: http://www.kits.com - Take $69 off any pair of glasses.

The first pair of glasses for free is an awesome deal. Assuming you can find frames that fit your needs and your prescription falls into the standard polycarbonate lens range. But even then the upcharge isn't too bad for high index lenses.

Unfortunately, since they don't offer transitions lenses I can't really use them for general purposes glasses. For computer glasses, they don't offer blue-blocking lenses outside of a fairly narrow range (Sph +4.00 to -4.00 and Cyl 0.00 to -2.00). It sounds like they are working on getting blue-blocking lenses for stronger prescriptions though. Once they do, I might try ordering some computer glasses from them to try them out.
