(Other schools may also give access, but I don't know how to get to them, if they do. I think some public libraries also offer this as a service.)
TESU students have access to https://www.learningexpresshub.com/ where you can download eBooks and practice materials for a number of subjects. Most importantly, at least for some people, might be the eBooks "501 Calculus Questions" and "Calculus Success in 20 Minutes a Day, 2nd Edition". There are also books on other maths, writing, science, and more. Also study materials for various CLEP and DSST exams.
To access the materials, you'll need an account. To get an account, you'll have to first access the site from TESU. Log into MyEdison and scroll down to the "My Resources" section in the middle column. Click on the "Educational" tab. Click on the link for PrepSTEP. Create an account! You're in.

I'd also recommend registering for a library card with the NJ State Library, especially if your local public library doesn't grant access to electronic databases: https://www.njstatelib.org/research_libr..._students/
Databases, non-fiction and fiction books, audiobooks: https://www.njstatelib.org/research_libr...resources/
There's also the Library of South-Eastern Finland University of Applied Sciences (Xamk) for those who've taken a class through their open university: https://kaakkuri.finna.fi/

The NJ State Library is an awesome resource, yes. It's smaller than the other digital library I have access to, but it's still pretty good.
The XAMK one is excellent, considering it costs nothing to take a class with them.

Mostly business. Some health. A couple computer science related. https://www.xamk.fi/en/openstudies/
The Video Games Creation Certificate does not include full access to XAMK's Learn platform and so does not include Office.
Yes, the courses transfer. But you would need to have them evaluated by ACEI to do so.

There is not a list because it depends on what semester you're in. It is a university, it won't always be the same and there won't always be seats. The current courses open for enrolment are here, it updates regularly.
Some you have to pay, some are offered free. A semester worth of tuition, where you can take unlimited classes up to a maximum of 50 credits, is only 175 euros. Since we are halfway through the Spring semester though, I would wait for summer (pretty sure technically summer and fall are one semester). There are not so many courses open for enrolment right now anyway since, again, halfway through the semester ^^'
It is a Finnish university, so needs a 200 dollar international evaluation. TESU takes transfer credits from them, and they are RA credits.
Make sure you do not accidentally sign up for an in person class.
