Fresno Pacific University Continuing Education
#1
Hello Everyone.  I discovered Fresno Pacific University on this forum and have asked them questions and gotten on their email list, but now I am having trouble finding the original post where I found it.

I am gathering English credits to add to my 5 PIA classes to qualify to teach at the CC level. (I have another, unrelated Masters) However, despite having homeschooled for 20 years, I feel like I want some extra help in the area of teaching writing.  So I found this class.  https://ce.fresno.edu/independent-studies/ela-913

It looks like a solid class, is totally independent study, so I can do what I can while I am finishing up my PIA classes, then finish it this summer.

Does anyone have any experience with the CE classes from Fresno Pacific?  Has anyone taken this class?

Or does anyone know of another affordable writing class that they would recommend?

Thank You in advance!

OK, I have changed my mind. The discount code I was going to use expired a day before I thought it did and I didn't get signed up in time. However, in thinking it through, this class is geared toward 6-12 education and I am really wanting a class focused on teaching at the CC writing at the CC level or above. Is there such a thing out there?

Thanks for any help you can give me.
