:willynilly:As I sit here fuming over how much money in income tax I paid out this year, it got me thinking. (Politics aside) I'm getting taxed at a higher bracket because I've been fortunate enough to make a good living. This good living was brought in part by all the help the members of this forum provided me in my quest to comple my Bachelor's degree.
So I wanted to take a moment and say thanks to all the selfless folks here and say "Happy" Tax Day!

Don't waste time by trying to save time. The only sure way to complete your degree is to knock out credits quickly and efficiently.
Don't let easiness bite you in the rear. Know your endgame (where you want to be) and plan backward from there. Your education is a means to an end.
Be honest professionally, socially and academically. There are people (especially little ones) who look up to you and they're going by your example.
Be proud. Whether you're an Engineer or Fast Food worker, there is honor and dignity in hard work.
Picking on people weaker than you only proves that you are a weak person.

I worked at a CPA firm for 9 years. Tax day was always a strange day. Not crazy in the way most people think it would be. More like being a kid on the last day of school.
