Harvard Medical School is going online for Fall Freshman:
https://www.thecrimson.com/article/2020/...line-fall/ This could set an interesting precedent for in-seat science gen eds for medical school qualification.
The Crimson also posted a story about 700 students/parents petitioning against Fall online.

This is not a good thing.imo...I can only imagine the coursework load will be unreasonable since many online programs are course work heavy than the in class counterpart. Medical classes in person are already difficult as it is.

All of Harvard will be online this fall. There are no in person classes at Harvard at all this next semester. I can't imagine how dreadful the labs will be. Not sure I want a doctor who did their education online. Don't get me wrong. English 101 online is entirely different than a medical course. It's not like they will have a cadaver in their dorm and participate in dissection lab via Zoom.

they’ll be in shock at how much harder online classes are. but it will cut costs. it’s embarrassing that it costs so much money to attend medical school in america
