EdX is the only one doing micromasters by name- which is to say a free MOOC that you can turn into a micromasters certificate by upgrading to a verified credit - keep in mind this still isn't technically graduate credit. You'd have to enroll somewhere for that to happen. Of course the FEMA certs are free (there is a 7 course one you probably already have)

Coursera is following close behind with their certificates.

Oh, and they have a $2600 MPH:

WGU has the MSML:

Hehe. Probably too ambitious.

The Cornell School of Industrial and Labor Relations has some nice certificates:

Very interested in this Master thru University of Johannesburg. This appears to be less than $6000 for a Masters Degree !

Yup, but there are RA Masters for about the same price or less if you go for the competency-based provider WGU, NAU, Brandman and probably a few others. Even though it's recognized in South Africa, it may only be equivalent to Nationally Accredited schools here but may also be equivalent to an RA degree - I guess it depends on person evaluating the degree for future educational enjoyment or employment down the road. Having said that, I am looking at UNISA for Doctorate studies, for the cost! That is if I can't find anything here as I don't get tuition reimbursement, so no assistance from work...
