In fairness though, just because I am not the President of the Jay Cross Fan Club doesn't mean that Excelsior isn't a good choice for the OP.

OP seriously needs to ask for money back. I mean, DOUBLE money back.
Just showing Jay Cross a copy of his original plan juxtaposed with a copy of current degree requirements- possibly with an arrow next to the new Capstone- ought to do it.

I forgot exactly what was said at the time, and it looks like his posts were deleted, but I found it hard to believe that he wasn't poaching information from here.
