Intro to Law Enforcement DSST not recognized by TESC?
#1
Based off the catalog here, DANTES, it appears that TESC does not recognize the Intro to Law Enforcement DSST. Is this accurate or am I completely off track? Thanks.

I thought it may have been because they've now updated AOJ102 to 6cr. Since TESC students are not awarded credit for both AOJ101 and AOJ102, it would make sense to handle it this way. *I just checked the prometric site and the exam is not scheduled for refresh.

If you took the exam before the recent (shifty) changes, hopefully you will recieve credit. Unfortunately, there is no guarantee on how these inconsistencies are handled internally anymore.

Thanks, I haven't taken it or Crim Justice yet. I did notice that most of the discussions revolving around both tests seem to infer that they are 3cr tests. I guess the new test combines aspects from both tests.

Who really knows at this point. Take a look at this POST from a few days ago, the law enforcement test was mentioned. I guess it was too difficult for them to note the changes in the lineup at the bottom of the page. (SMH) I've always been a strong supporter of TESC but they are truly beginning to drop the ball quite often lately.

I don't think anyone here can answer what's going on until the new catalog is published. I stand by my original thoughts, there is going to be some interesting changes.
