How to sign up for DSST?

Signing up for a CLEP exam is super straightforward and simple, but I can't for the life of me figure out the DSST sign up process.
Am I missing something? I'm also military, but we don't have an education center on my base, so I've been traveling to the next base over to take my CLEPS dantes funded.

Start here by creating a username/password. You sign up for the test from the testing center.

You don't sign up for a DSST like you do for a CLEP at all. Completely different processes (although CLEP used to be like DSST back when I took them, it changed a few years ago to an online registration).
