I consider BestColleges.com to be a junk marketing website, but I'm wondering where they got that TESU has a 76.88% graduation rate. The official graduation rates calculated by the federal government only include first-time students who are attending full-time. According to College Factual, TESU's graduation rate was 41.9% in 2015. I don't know where they got their numbers either since 100% of TESU's students were returning, part-time students. So, they wouldn't have been included in the Department of Education numbers.
