Originally I was interested in a degree in Social Services- now, I would settle for any degree that I can complete quickly.

Honestly, I don't have a preference on which school I get my degree through. TESU just has my transcripts already.

It would be helpful if you would post the actual academic eval that shows the courses slotted into a degree plan as this list doesn't show any equivalencies. A quick peek at your courses looks like BA Liberal Studies would be the fastest, but you could probably do a few other degrees nearly as easily.
NanoDegree: Intro to Self-Driving Cars (2019)
Coursera: Stanford Machine Learning (2019)
TESU: BA in Comp Sci (2016)
TECEP:Env Ethics (2015); TESU PLA:Software Eng, Computer Arch, C++, Advanced C++, Data Struct (2015); TESU Courses:Capstone, Database Mngmnt Sys, Op Sys, Artificial Intel, Discrete Math, Intro to Portfolio Dev, Intro PLA (2014-16); DSST:Anthro, Pers Fin, Astronomy (2014); CLEP:Intro to Soc (2014); Saylor.org:Intro to Computers (2014); CC: 69 units (1980-88)

The numbers in front of the course are TESU numbers (I can tell because of the FEL-100).
