Maine Engineering College
#1
The plan seems to be to create a special College of Engineering and Computer Science at the University of Maine.  It's still a ways off but perhaps we can keep an eye open for any nice online programs.

The article talks about concerns over the non-traditional engineering program at Southern Maine and the loss of business programs when business schools in the UMaine system merged. Would be very curious what this would mean for the (planned) non-traditional YourPace CS degree.

Oddly enough there's not mention of UMPI in this article. The on campus CS program is really new and has 1 professor. I suspect that professor will be responsible for the YourPace program once it starts. They may pull some professors from UMFK which is what they have done for other YourPace degrees. Those 2 campuses share many resources.
