How long does it take to get the etext book code for the bookshelf application?
Purchased the book for a course and have to get a special code for the book or is it the transaction id?

I never needed any kind of code or ID. There was a link to click usually near the start of the course that would activate the ebook in your account automatically. If you can't find the link of if it's missing, contact SL support. I had to do that a few times.
