Anyone have experience with Marian University?
It's listed as a transfer (prereq) for Medical/Nursing in WGU but I have never seen it talked about.
Has some Math and Medical Prereqs and seems regionally accredited.
$390 per credit hour

That's because the board members would rather recommend you Study.com or StraighterLine (not StraightLiner, I keep seeing this for some reason). I would only recommend other options if it's either cheaper or easier/faster. For the cost of $390/credit, you could do a few more classes at Study.com or StraighterLine instead. In fact, you may want to check out other providers such as Sophia.org and Saylor.org, Onlinedegree.com, CLEP/MS, etc...

Thanks for the reply. I completely forgot to add SL or SDC wouldn't work because grad schools wouldn't take those, so those were completely off the table for me.

You probably want to ask Merlin to move this to another sub-forum. This sub-forum is specifically for ACE and NCCRS courses such as SL and SDC.

Not to derail the thread, but I wonder if it would be helpful to have a sub-forum for RA universities to transfer credits OUT of (or use for pre-requisites, or basically any school you wouldn't plan on getting a degree from)

Well, $390 per credit isn't cheap. We actually get a better deal than that from TESU with the Study.com discount. AMU/APU and Fort Hayes State are much cheaper and RA. So are the New Mexico community colleges. However, if it's the cheapest place to get some particular prerequisite, then it might have merit.

If you're looking for science prerequisites, Logan University and APUS are cheaper. New Mexico Junior College and Clovis Community College might have some options, but you have to make sure you take sciences for science majors.
