Yes, some of the Saylor courses are fairly new and haven't been added to the list yet. A lot of times, new courses aren't added for quite a while - that kind of thing normally gets called to their attention by a student asking them about it, so you might want to contact COSC directly and ask them to update the Saylor equivalencies page (and maybe Study.com as well).

Earn College Credit | Saylor Academy
it shows 19 courses being ACE approved, rather then the 14 in the list above. This is why I'm confused, because Saylors website has different information regarding what they give credit for?
For example, I still need to take Principles of Macroeconomics which is 3 credits and a pre-requisite for the degree in Business Administration. I took the Microeconomics CLEP and passed, but its much cheaper to go through Saylor. This link: Earn College Credit | Saylor Academy shows the course as being ACE approved, however the course is not listed under Charter Oak or ACE in either of these links:
Alternative Credit Project
Charter Oak State College | Saylor Academy
You can add on three more on that page that are NCCRS, but not ACE, as COSC should take those as well.
NanoDegree: Intro to Self-Driving Cars (2019)
Coursera: Stanford Machine Learning (2019)
TESU: BA in Comp Sci (2016)
TECEP:Env Ethics (2015); TESU PLA:Software Eng, Computer Arch, C++, Advanced C++, Data Struct (2015); TESU Courses:Capstone, Database Mngmnt Sys, Op Sys, Artificial Intel, Discrete Math, Intro to Portfolio Dev, Intro PLA (2014-16); DSST:Anthro, Pers Fin, Astronomy (2014); CLEP:Intro to Soc (2014); Saylor.org:Intro to Computers (2014); CC: 69 units (1980-88)

So, ACE and NCCRS websites are trump - also COSC opted out of Alternative Credit Project, but that's ok, Saylor's courses that are ACE and NCCRS will transfer on their own.
