Finally, I heard from MSU that I moved to the next stage, where I need to provide sample writing!!
Man..after exactly 15 months!!!!!
It seems like admission time or decision time for a PhD is about 18-22 months.
I am going to finish the TESU BA CS degree in the meantime!!
MSU is a great university and I believe it is worth the wait!!!

Congratulations! I didn't know Morgan State had a PhD-ABD program. I am a PhD-ABD in I-O Psychology. Most of the programs out there are in Education and I think there two that are DBA programs which I am not interested in. I am going to check this out.

Congrats! Keep us in the loop. I am curious how it goes. How much do you think it will end up costing you? Also, is there any in-person component?

The cost is cheap - Very cheap. and there are only residency requirements, but they can be waived, such as Trump's travel visa issues, or similar reasons for international and local US travel use good medical reason.
Don't do DBA or anything else. MSU have great programs.
BACS - TESU Transfer Credit 243 but only require 3 credits for (LIB-4970) Capstone Project (117 transferred towards degree) to complete the BA in Comp Sci.
PhD—Morgan State, waiting (in 2nd round now)
PhD - University of the Cumberlands—Quit after some courses (Poor faculty and grading quality) and retain the ABD status
MAOL - UMPI
BBA - UMPI Accounting
BLS - IT & PM UMPI
MSc - e-Business Abrdeeen University
BSc - Infornation Technology Univesity of London

I was curious about their ABD status requirement. You mentioned you only took 4 doctorate classes, so you didn't technically meet ABD, just did not finish the program you were in. Did they mention anything about how flexible they were on that point?

That's my signature, but I should have mentioned that I completed (not fully) Liberty University's PhD in Instructional Technology in 2018 and had a fee dispute with the department because they increased my fee and didn't accepted all the previous Cumberland credits even the evaluation state that i will be exempt for 9 credits.
Hence, I stopped the course when i started writing the literature review and moved on. Should i have completed the remaining 4 courses? I should have ....but paying additional 11K wasn't in my cash plan since i was paying from my own pocket and will continue to pay from own pocket. But that fight with Liberty became very personal.
