Hey guys,
Just wanted to send out a huge thank you to the people of this forum, without all the experience and wisdom I would have been lost in this land of credit by examination. A few months ago I learnt about testing, and I've finally gotten right into it. I figured I'd give a little summary for anyone to comment on, motivate someone new to try this, and just keep myself on track.
Sadly I'm about a 3/4 Hour flight from any testing centers, so my planning will be quite unusual compared to what you'd normally see.
B&M 57 Credits (from Canada) Evaluation complete from ECE, currently being mailed to TESC (first choice) and Excelsior (backup plan)
ALEKS -> Completed Beginner Algebra, Intermediate Algebra, College Algebra
ALEKS -> Need to complete Trigonometry, Precalculus (next week)
*Edit, I probably won't get all of these (9 total credits from them right?) but I plan on being a Math Teacher so I'd like to brush up anyways, see if I can finish all of them in a month
Athabasca -> two courses, NUTR331 and GLST307, hope to finish all coursework before June 13th
CLEP -> College Math, A&I Lit (might replace with composition if not given in evaluation), French, Info Systems. Will complete all 4 over two days (Fly from Shanghai to Manila) most likely June 27th/28th.
Straighterline -> Biology with Lab (since it is 4 credits and I obtained 2 from PADI, to make a round 6. I hope that works out)
DSST -> Intro Computing, MIS, Principles of Finance. Will complete over 2 days (Fly from shanghai to HK) most likely July 23rd/24th.
Debating whether I should do the capstone, otherwise I won't have a GPA
