Someone should try and follow up with Excelsior, if there are updates, they can post anything relevant to those new 15 credit requirements and if those 90-105+ credits would be possible from ACE/NCCRS and other alternative credits.

Excelsior's
Transfer Credit Guidelines webpage still says this:
Quote:Some programs place time limits on certain credits to ensure they meet academic standards. However, if you earned credits many years ago, you may benefit by enrolling in Excelsior’s BS in Liberal Arts program, which does not place any time limits on transfer credits. In this program, you may transfer in as many as 113 credits, and then simply complete a cornerstone, capstone, and information literacy course to graduate.
So it is likely major dependent.
