NFA Q0137 Hydraulic Calculations for Water-Based Fire Protection NOT SHOWING ON TESU

Hello, I need help urgently. I have already contacted TESU about it but decided to ask here as well. I did the 3 free courses from NFA in July 2016. I had them all added to my ACE transcript and they're still showing there. I have ordered electronic transcripts to be sent to TESU a few days ago. They have recieved them and have updated my evaluation today. Only two courses from NFA are showing, transcribed as follows: HRM-331 and FIS-391. Apparently the NFA Q0137 is not showing or something. I went to ACE to check it and it shows on my courses list. When I try to press on it it shows that the dates the courses was active are Feb 1-28 2009 and March 1 2009 to Aug 30 2013. I don't know if it's a glitch or what but something is not right. How would I have been able to add it on July 26 2016 if on that date the course was inactive?? Apparently everyone else was able to have it added in 2016.
I have petitioned to graduate and this will be the only missing credit. I hope someone can shed some light on this.

This was an error made by ACE. They had it incorrectly listed as never expiring, when it actually expired in 2013. They fixed this a few months ago. Unfortunately, you're out of luck.

Have you taken all the other free ACE credits already?

I have taken other courses, only thing I can think of are the cybersecurity courses. I need 1 credit ASAP, as they will be evaluating my file after the grades of Capstone I am taking are out (end of Jan). This is so annoying on part of ACE, they could have at least sent an email in.

There's those, and also the Ethics course at The Institutes for 2cr. Already done that one to?

Done the ethics course already. Cybersecurity for everyone is also valid till present, I am worried they won't accept as well.

I don't think that's an error, I think they're still valid. But even if it was an error, it hasn't been corrected yet on ACE and TESU will accept it until ACE changes that date.

The problem is that TESU did not show it on my evaluation and I don't know if they recieved them. I called them but they asked me to call back in the morning. Emailed ACE as well and still no reply, tried calling but couldn't reach them.

I wish this were free but it's not. Still it's only $50 for a one hour free elective.

Of course a Saylor class would be half the price if there's one you think you could do quickly.

Also, if you haven't taken ALEKS Intermediate Algebra, it's only $20 for one month and very doable in the 21 days left in the month. Be sure to finish by 1/31/17 though, because at the moment it looks like they might not (then again, might) recertify with ACE.

Some fast, inexpensive options:

TEEX Cybersecurity - FREE
ALEKS Intermediate Algebra, College Algebra or Stats - $20 but you MUST finish before 1/31
Saylor courses - Intro to Business would probably be the easiest, but Sociology might be easy as well. $25 for an exam, you can take w/o taking the course
Shmoop - a bunch of history, lit and math courses for $88 for a month

I would just start taking stuff NOW. I'd prob just take a Saylor exam today, with no studying. Or an ALEKS course if you think you can pass.
