I applied for September Graduation on June 30, under the 2012/2013 catalog. I touched base with advising to add my last 4 courses to my eval as planned and to make sure everything looked good for graduation. No problems were brought up and the courses were added. My enrollment was due to expire July 15, so I'm now showing as INACTIVE. I didn't think this would be a problem since I had applied for graduation.
I have finished 3 of the 4 courses. The last one I'm still working on is actually a backup UL credit from Davar, that I don't really need, but decided to do in case they kick one of my old UL credits out at audit. I have sent my first transcript from Davar a couple weeks ago and just got an email that they received it but will not add it to my eval transcript because I'm inactive status now. All of the emails I got about graduation said transcripts had to be received before Aug 1st with no mention about enrollment status dates.
Before I contact TESU, I wanted to ask about any options you all might be aware of and maybe who to talk to. I still have 2 study.com courses waiting on the final grade so I can transfer those. I can't 're-enroll' by taking a class/tecep (that I don't really need), since that would mess up my catalog year, and it's absurd that should be required when you are pending graduation. Students should be at the end of enrollment when they graduate. I thought there was a grace period after the enrollment ended for situations like this. Whatever I should've done before doesn't matter because here I am in this situation. Is anyone aware of any options I can take to fix this so I can still graduate, under my catalog year? Any phone numbers or emails of a specific dept I should talk to? Thank you!
