I was thinking this too. And the pricing is not terribly far off from Study.com + Labster. Is there any way to get an indication from UMPI if this would be accepted?

Probably not until someone applies and it's in their transcripts. They have accepted other lab sciences from colleges. I transfer a geology lab science course from a community college into UMPI for my lab science.

Study.com is $199 for 2 courses + $69 for the lab.  So it's about $169 for the Bio + lab.  That's quite a bit less than $425!

But this is a good option if you REALLY want to do Environmental science rather than Bio or Chem.

I wish UMPI would accept NCCRS, since Coopersmith has an Environmental Science + Lab course for $200.

A lot of people find environmental science easier and more interesting than bio or chem. Options are a lovely thing to have especially for lab sciences which many of us have baulked at.

Interestingly enough, it's a Biology 130 course, the title is Intro to Environmental Sciences but falls under their biology offerings it seems.

ASU originally planned to launch this in the summer b session with a June 21 start date. However, they were unable to get all of the content ready and cancelled the class. They plan to have it ready for a fall launch instead.
