Has everyone heard about the new DoD policy concerning CLEP/DSST/EXC exams? If anyone knows a little more about it please share.

While this is kind of lame it is still nice to get them for free at least once. People just need to study!

My initial reaction was similar to your, it's lame, why are they doing this yada yada. The more I think about it though, the better I see this being for the military. I once took 5 DSST's in one day, and I had only studied for one (which i failed, lol!) Why did I do that? Because they were free and I'm arrogant enough to think that I can pass anything. But now, knowing that these tests are like drugs (first time is free!) and I'm already hooked, I'll take my time and actually study more for them to get those credits.
