New Free Medical Schools

NYU is opening up a free medical school in Mineola in July. It will be an accelerated, 3-year program.

Kaiser Permanente is opening a medical school in Pasadena, CA that will be free for the first five graduating classes.

UC Riverside is trying to do the same. It started out in 2013 with 5 full-ride 4yr scholarships for 5 years of service in Riverside County, now it's for all 3rd year students for the final 2 years of medical school, in return for 2 1/2 years of service in Riverside Co: https://www.highlandernews.org/33563/uc-...nd-empire/
