General Biology I and II would be BIO 111 and BIO 112. I don't know how picky TESU is on that because I took the CLEP and an NMJC course. One can always have an advisor pre-approve or disapprove a course/test before taking it.
At NMJC, I took general biology II for non-science majors instead of biology II for science majors because it wasn't offered online. TESU had pre-approved and applied the course to the ASNSM in biology. There are three types of science classes one often finds at a college i.e. Intro to Biology, General Biology I, and Biology I for Science Majors. One might also see University science courses at community colleges that are meant for engineering majors.
