Ok, so how to I transfer my FEMA and Military credits to COSC?

I went into Acorn, I'm looking at the Admissions tab for expected transcripts which I had emailed them earlier, however I do not see where I actually send/order my FEMA and Military transcripts to COSC. I understand they accept raw FEMA, do I send them my FEMA certificates?

EDIT: Figured out the Military credits, signed into JST Systems and clicked the link to send to Charter Oak. Easy as ACE and free. Just need some guidance on FEMA please.
