Online Master of Artificial Intelligence - University of Lübeck (Germany)

Following on previous threads about master degree programs from Germany, I found this program by searching the My German University—Study Finder database.

Their website says that there are no tuition fees, but there are semester fees and a one-time registration fee. The university is a public one that has a good reputation in technology studies.

From their FAQs:

• What does the study program cost? There is a one-time enrolment fee of 65€. Additionally, you have to pay the semester fee. This has to be paid every semester and amounts to approx. 280€.
  
• Where does the study take place? The study program takes place completely online. There is no need to be present in Lübeck.
  

Acceptance into the program is competitive, so not all applicants will be admitted (this is mentioned on the My German University program info page).

The deadline for application already passed, but I am planning to apply for the next intake in 2026.

Just had a look-see and it did look good... until I saw that you need at least 28 ECTS-Credits of math within your Bachelor... major downer. This means you have to show proof at least 800h of math at university-level...
Not sure if they accept sophia... propably not.

Could always do a semester of the math program at FernUniversitat Hagen to fulfill this requirement if so inclined.

You are correct. AFAIK FernUniversitat only has German language programs. I just saw University of Lubeck and assumed language of instruction would be in German.

It's not that much. For machine learning and AI, you will need calculus, linear algebra, probability, and statistics.
These preparatory courses will easily be more than 30-40 credits.
After all, these are European credits, for the US equivalent, divide them by two
