I want to take Intro to Web Development and another elective but i don't know what elective in Sophia i can finish within a few hours. Any easy elective recommendations?

Since you'll be doing more than one course a month, hopefully two or more, I would take the Intro to Web Development as you mentioned... In addition to that, take the Intro to IT as well... Further to that, if you do have the energy, time to complete more courses a month, you can review this WIKI page and work on the ones with NO touchstones first.
