PSA: You still can't retake a Shmoop test if you don't finish within the time limit.

Just a heads up, I remember reading it on here from an old post and thought surely it'd be fixed by now.
But this was not the case. I've learned the hard way from not being able to work out every problem on the Finite Math course within the hour time limit

I thought you could take an exam a total of three times? Granted, it's been a year since I took their courses but I remember one course where I took the exam three times. Also, I've heard of people asking them to unlock additional exams. Has it changed?

The site allows for one retake of every exam (including the final), though your retake score overrides your previous score even if it's lower. But a bug/glitch of some kind doesn't allow for the one retake if you run out of time on your first take of the test. I haven't tried contacting support, since I've got my math grade up from other tests.

Other threads mentioned this, as well as a bug/glitch regarding losing progress on the women's lit course. I'll update this thread whenever I take women's lit if I have a problem with it
