Pierpont BOG Associates - speedrun before residency changes

So, I have 38 credits completed via sophia, 12 credits waiting to be graded, 9 credits left to take (this will take me a few days) and currently taking ASU's 1 credit course (should be done this weekend)

and have 6 certificates for prior learning (already submitted to Pierpont). Have drafted the email/already filled out the application for graduation.

I'm planning to submit the application the same day I submit the credly transcripts. Thoughts?

All right, so, lets see if i can get my BOG associates approved before i have to spend a couple thousand to meet the 15 credit residency requirement. My current stats - 59/60 credits - 34 credits from previous institution, 15 creates from Google IT cert, 10 from wgu with a caveat that I transferred in security plus to wgu to gain those credits. My plan is to finish up one 3 credit class at wgu and submit my wgu transcript. I've already submitted Google IT cert, and previous intuition transcreipt. Lets hope that this extremely scuffed process works. Any tips or tricks yall can lend a poor college student as myself?

Hi, for you Google certifcaiton were they sent via Credly, if so do you mind sharing with me the email you sent your transcript to? I am asking because my friend is now panicking as the email from Pierpoint when she applied mentioned sending transcripts to "processing@pierpont.edu" but I'm seeing on the forum and the wiki to send them to "ESprocessing@pierpont.edu". She's not sure if they received it or not because it doesn't seem like Credly notifies if the email bounces.  Thanks in advance

DANGGGG, Love the fact that everyones trying to speedrun this, me personally i would say at least wait for you to the the notifcaition back from credly/whoever that says that peirpont recived the credits and when. However i think if you are pressed on time, just sending an email wouldnt hurt becasue it at least serves as proof that you have some sort of graduation progress

To be safe I sent it to both. From what i understand, sending it to esprocessing is faster? then processing but they both do process them. I belive i got mine processed in 2ish days but your mileage may vary

That's a great update, so happy for you. I circled back around to say many thanks... After your post yesterday I forwarded the message to my friend and lo behold she just check ROAR and 64 credit taken at Sophia showed up. Not sure if it was from the first one sent to the processing email or the esprocessing email. Either way she's getting closer to the finish line. Now she's waiting on the option to transcript the credit from ASU.

It was a bit confusing since in an older thread the app didn't get processed because of possibly adding a concentration but no one really talked about it (perhaps they did something else wrong, or has a different setup now)
