That's correct, the hold is just for the payment, you still need to have them go through everything else accordingly to complete your conferral process and then shipment of your degree parchment.

Just received this email today from Pierpont:
“Great news. I've completed a degree audit for you and it looks like you've satisfied all requirements for Pierpont's Board of Governors A.A.S. degree. Congratulations!”

So looks like the info about submitting before the cutoff was correct.
