I believe post-nominal letters should be reserved for titles, degrees, licenses, and major certifications that are needed for an occupation.

But, for an off-topic post, it doesn't mean we can't have fun with it!  I would never list all of that jumbled mess on a resume or business card as I wouldn't want to come off as a pompous jerk.  And I agree, there are very rare occasions when listing all of one's post-nominals would be appropriate.  That said, there was an episode of Monty Python's Flying Circus where John Cleese played a character that had all of his post-nominals extending off the name plate on his desk that stretched around the room.  That's where I got the inspiration for this post.
