Hi! An odd question but are there any courses that fulfill Public Speaking at the Big Three without completing speeches to be graded? I know that seems silly but thought I would put it out there.

I think the closest you can get is probably Sophia. You'll still need to record at least one video of yourself talking, as far as I know.

Communications 120: Presentation Skills in the Workplace on Study.com will suit your needs... TESU accepted it without any issues.

Only TESU will take this though, COSC will not (for the speech requirement).
