Hello,
The quizzes are graded and the scores count towards the final scores but is that the same with the Chapter Practice exams too or they dont count towards the final scores?

Nope. The practice exams are just that: practice. They aren't even required.

Not required and not scored, but very helpful for preparing for the proctored final exams. I always take at least one practice final, and sometimes more if I feel it will be helpful.

I agree that you should always do at least one practice final to make are you are ready for the proctored final. Personally, I took most of the chapter practice tests for my math classes for the extra practice and to make sure I retained the info I needed for the entire chapter.
