On their SDC credit transfer page it lists "Communications 101: Public Speaking" as the equivalent.

No, it's always been COM-290 (Presentational Speaking).  Public Speaking comes in as COM-209 (not the same course number).

Nothing has changed there, TESU has always accepted Presentation Skills for the Oral Comm requirement.

The reason is because this course is NCCRS from Study.com, not ACE recommended for credit. You shouldn't need to worry unless that course no longer is recommended for credit...

Presentation Skills can literally be done in a weekend. Public Speaking takes significantly longer.

Does anyone have any experience transferring SDC Communications 120 to UMPI? I'm working on going to UMPI and have already completed the course some years ago. Never mind, I took another look at the General Education requirements degree plan and see that it's recommended for transfer.
