SL Medical Terminology Feedback
#1
Hey All,

Ok, so today I sat down and did the SL medical terminology course today. I just did the required exams I had to complete 4 section exams with 40 questions each as well as a mid-term and final exam each with 80 questions. SL gives you 1 hour for each section exam and 2 hours for the mid-term and final. I completed all 6 exams in a little over 2 hours total and I only missed a total of 4 questions, 2 of which I may dispute. I have to say that I have been teaching medical terminology for 10 years so this was a very easy process for me. There is a huge amount of duplication between the section exams and mid-term and final. If you do well on the section exams you should do fine on the mid-term and final. I'm now embarking on the new pharmacology course. So far I'm not impressed, but I will give feedback when I finish it. I hope this helps someone who may be considering taking this course.

Would love to take the Pharmacology course however I believe TESC takes it an remedial course. I'm also debating on taking Medical Terminology. I'm in the medical billing field, I don't know how close I am to the subject haha but I will go ahead and take it.
