Save up to $300 on 3 new Sophia courses
#1
I got an email in regards to $100 off each course (3 courses total)
I would only use them if you can't find any other course available for cheap.

Otherwise, I'd stick with the usual providers (Davar/Saylor/SL/Study.com)

We just added three new courses to help you earn general education credits faster and more affordably. Best of all, if you register before October 15th, you can take each course for just $229 — a savings of $100 per course!

I got that email too, but for $229, it's not worth the price for these 3 courses. If it was a course that wasn't offered elsewhere, then I could see it. But US History II, really?

My thoughts too. The public speaking did stand out at me, I think we only have the DSST option or SL as it stands, so that's not a bad alternative.

I would recommend SL or Study.com, they both have 3 "short speeches".
If you have membership for either, the price should be similar at $70 or so.

Is there a time limit for Sophia courses? If not, I'm thinking that's a great price for self-paced options!

Yup, there is. Generally, 60 days and if you happen to have issues, they can extend it for another 30 days free one time.
