Saylor's responsiveness

Long time lurker, first time poster. I have a questions for some of you with more experience taking courses with Saylor; how long does it take for Saylor's transcripts to be received/reviewed by TESU? How was your experience with Saylor responding emails or posts in their support forums?

I took a course on November 6 and filled the online form to send the transcript to TESU, but so far still not showing in my TESU student page as received. I have emailed Saylor a couple times asking for a confirmation of the transcript being sent, and never got a response. I have posted in their forums with a question about other issue, but nobody responds there either.

Don't get me wrong, I love that the study material is free and the tests are super cheap at Saylor. I just want to know if I should keep trying to get an answer about that course, or just stick to Saylor only for the ACE accredited courses.

I'm confused by the last paragraph.  Are you saying that you took a non-ACE recommended course at Saylor and haven't gotten a transcript sent?  As in NCCRS rather than ACE?  Or not college-credit worthy at all?

Also, are you enrolled at TESU?  Are you sure the problem is on Saylor's side rather than there being an issue at TESU?

Sorry I wasn't clear, I took a NCCRS accredited class, and to transfer the credit used this page on Nov 06. I am enrolled at TESU, and when I contacted them, they told me that they did not receive the transfer from Saylor yet.

I contacted Saylor to ask for the status of the transfer, but nobody responds. I don't know if the issue is at Saylor or at TESU, since I was only able to talk to TESU and not with Saylor. 

I posted to know if any user had problems communicating with Saylor before, and to find out how was their experience transferring credits (NCCRS) directly from Saylor to TESU.

I have contacted Saylor a few times. At most, I got a response several weeks later saying they've been overwhelmed and are forwarding it to the appropriate team, then nothing.
