Second TESU Bachelors & WGU MS Accounting
#11
Thanks davewill, so, I am going for a BALS Natural Science and Math concentration as well.
From my understanding, I should be able to take a few sciences as long as it has 15 UL credits.
Basically, in total, I have to take 18 credits of Nat Sci/Math and 12 credits Liberal Studies.

I assume we can take any cheap or easy and fast UL courses, such as at a 4 year local college.
TESU BALS NSM link: https://www.tesu.edu/heavin/ba/Natural-S...matics.cfm
TESU Courses available: https://www.tesu.edu/academics/courses/2....cfm#World

I am planning to take these following courses and would like to make sure I can place them in there.
Because these are 300/400 level, I think they would work, can someone verify or should I email TESU?
The other courses for Liberal Studies, do I have to take another area or can I do a Chem/Comp Sci/Math option?

BIOL 305 Ecological Principles for Sustainability
BIOL 350 Natural History of Earth
BIOL 351 Global Biogeography
BIOL 352 Evolution of Life
BIOL 353 Brain Health
BIOL 354 Physiology of Disease

CHEM 300 Chemistry and Society
COMP 301 Computing Technologies in a Digital Culture
COMP 320 Database Technologies and Applications
COMP 330 Modern Scripting and OS Automation
MATH 300 Mathematics and Creative Arts
MATH 335 Discovering Mathematics
Goals: TESU BSBA GM (Added CIS) and BA Computer Science
BSBA GM - Added CIS AOS (CIS & GM completed)
BACS & Grad Plans (BACS instead of BALS w/NSM)

AAS ACS & ESST: Remaining - Associate Capstone
ASNSM CS: Completed, ASNSM Math: Remaining - Calculus I

Taking a majority of credits at Sophia.org, SL, and Study.com to finish these degrees
Updating my courses remaining by following forum advice, guide, spreadsheet & wiki

BALS No Concentration complete - Starting final course: LIB495 Liberal Arts Capstone Course August 6.
But keeping with this thread, I have decided a generic "no concentration" BALS isn't what I really want.
I am going to be working on the BALS NSM AOS while I start and progress through the Capstone course.

These are the courses I have decided to take, just need approval for the courses in the NSM concentration.
I have just sent an email asking for approval, if it is approved, I will continue on, if not - I will just leave it as BALS.

Update: As per my previous note: I will use the following with a minor change to one course.
Removing Saylor CIS-351 Software Engineering and taking another Study.com UL CS course instead.
Not sure what Study.com Computer Architecture (CS 306) will come in as, but should be UL

BIO-351 Microbiology (UL StraighterLine)
CIS-301 Management Information Systems (UL Study.com)
MAR-441 Digital Marketing & Advertising (UL Study.com)
COS-311 Database Management (UL Study.com)
COS-320 Information Systems Analysis and Design (UL Study.com)
