Self-Paced Doctorate CS? or Cybersecurity?

Hello everyone, it has been some time since I have posted. Quick update, I finished my MS in IS at WGU in just under 5 months, I was then accepted to Capitol Technology University for a Dr in Cybersecurity. Well, that didn't go so well and I dropped out in a week. There were three main reasons; 1. I couldn't take the pace, after TESU and WGU there is just no way in hell I can go back to a snails pace with structed classes. 2. I could easily tell that the rigor wasn't going to be there and I was looking for good value given the price. 3. In one of the first classes someone asked an APA formatting question and the professor answered back that he didn't know APA and knew MLA. Which to me said that he wasn't probably going to be the one evaluating my papers and that's not what I'm paying for. Anyway I digress.

So I'm back at it and my question to everyone is:

Has anyone seen and good self-paced Dr in CS or cybersecurity? I've looked around and I have found one but it's a for-profit and very $$$$
