Very Awesome. Big Grin
Don't miss out on something great just because it might also be difficult.

Road traveled: AA (2013) > BS (2014) > MS (2016) > Doctorate (2024)

I got one of these for mine Charter Oak State College Clothing

$100 is actually a decent price and it's embossed with the COSC logo and everything.

I also made a quality copy of the degree on card stock that I stuck in a matted el cheapo frame from Michaels ($6!) that's the one hanging in my office....if I ever leave abruptly I won't need it back! Smile
MBA, Western Governors University February 2014
BS Charter Oak State College November 2011
AS in EMS August 2010

I'm always happy to complete the free application waiver for those applying to WGU (I get a free gift from WGU for this).  Just PM me your first/last name and a valid email so I can complete their form.

I've found a website that will laser etch the degree into black metal, and lay it over gold, and then mount that on a wooden plaque. Looks Gorgeous! I think I may go with that...

Here is the post where I posted a pic of mine: http://www.degreeforum.net/excelsior-tho...today.html

And my MBA looks cool because it's in English and Spanish (plus I'm very proud of it) See this thread: http://www.degreeforum.net/off-topic/204...-mail.html

Just remember... YOU CAN DO IT!!!! When I first started on this forum, I truly believed that the degrees were only for "other people" and there were a whole bunch of people here that have since moved on.. well, ok Shotojuku is still here and so is Cookderosa, Ryoder and a few others lol. But I really thought that there was something special about these magical "other people" that I could never begin to replicate. The truth of the matter is that anyone who sticks to a study schedule and moves forward, even at a slow pace will end up finishing. IT IS POSSIBLE!!!!! Just take the degree picture and use Paint or Photoshop - put YOUR name on it. VISUALIZE IT and in no time you'll have your own!!!

hmmmm... I don't see an option for dislike. Jen - get them out of the boxes now!! Frame or no frame, you should be proud and display them where your kids and anyone who comes to your house can see!! You worked hard, so don't forget to show off! Wink

burbuja0512, thanks for sharing!

I did as rebel100 did. I made a copy, and bought some card stock (off white color), and a nice frame (half price, on sale....$15) from my local Hobby Lobby. Then, I printed a copy of my diploma to the card stock. Now I have a beautiful copy to hang up, and I can keep the original in my safety deposit box. This is the final result:
