Hello all!

The Business Law course is nice. And fairly easy. I enjoyed the material and would recommend it. The only catch is the 3 page contract advice essay that is required. It's not bad if you just follow the rubric.

The Principles of Finance course is not so nice. And not fairly easy. It's probably just me but I didn't enjoy the material although I would still recommend it. I thought that it seemed just a little more difficult than it needed to be.

Both courses have a number of reviews already so people must be enrolled and completing the courses. You can't leave a review until you complete the course.

They were released on capella.sophia.org at least a few weeks ago, so some students have had access to it already. Also, it wouldn't surprise me if they had "beta testers" for their courses.

I agree. They've been exceedingly generous to release these for free with the rest of their free offerings.

Weird, the description doesn't say anything about a paper. Just 11 challenges and 3 milestones.

Yeah, it was a little bit of a surprise. It is in Unit 2. You have to write a 3 to 5 page paper with two sources. The paper is based on an example of giving your friends some contract advice.

The reason the they say try this course is if you have more than 2 courses on sophia already you can't do the course yet.
